Treat players, instructors, facility staff and every other member of the community with respect, whatever their level, age, gender or background. Insults, threats, humiliation and discriminatory language are not accepted.

Sporsepeti is a community where players can find opponents safely and enjoy their matches. We protect that together, on court and in the app.
What we expect on court and in the app
Behaviour that breaks these rules can lead to a warning, a feature restriction, a temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account, depending on the nature of the breach and whether it is repeated.
No harassment or unwanted contact
Persistent messages, sexual remarks, unwanted advances, threats and behaviour that makes the other person uncomfortable count as harassment. When a player says they do not want to be contacted, stop messaging them.
Keep your word
Turn up on time for a match you agreed to play. If your plans change, tell your opponent as early as you can. Not showing up without notice, or repeated last-minute cancellations, waste other players' time.
Play fair, enter the real score
Record the match result as it was played and wait for your opponent to confirm. Reporting a match that was never played, changing a score, or manipulating results to affect ratings is forbidden.
Use real and accurate details
Use your own, accurate details in your profile. Impersonating someone else, creating a fake profile, or opening multiple accounts to avoid sanctions is forbidden.
Keep messaging about sport
Use messaging to arrange matches and to talk about sport. Spam, unsolicited advertising, promotion of paid services and offers unrelated to the app are not accepted.
Respect privacy
Do not share another player's phone number, messages, photos or personal details without their permission. Get consent from everyone in shot before recording a match or taking photos and video on court.
Put safety first
Avoid anything that puts you or others at risk. If you are meeting a new player for the first time, choose public, safe facilities. You are never obliged to continue a match or a conversation that makes you uncomfortable.
Look after the court and the facility
Follow the rules of the facility you play at, and treat the court, the equipment and shared areas with care. If you notice an unsafe situation or damaged equipment, report it to a member of staff.
Settle disagreements calmly
If you disagree about a score, a match plan or a conversation, first try to settle it calmly and respectfully. Rather than taking the argument to the social feed, singling the other person out or sharing their personal details, use Sporsepeti's reporting channels.

Every report is reviewed against the information available, the nature of the breach and the user's history. For privacy reasons the details of any sanction applied may not always be shared.
